 Contract Terms & Conditions

 All services purchased from Crossfit Forth Valley must be preceded by the applicant acknowledging, by way of completing a PAR-q form, that he/she has no physical limitations preventing him/her from participation. All applicants under the age of 18 years must have consent, in written form, from a parent or guardian. The applicant also agrees to abide by the rules and regulations of the studio and acknowledges that these rules and regulations may change from time to time. Furthermore, all applicants release Crossfit Forth Valley, its owners, directors, managers and all employees of all liability regarding 1) any injury to self or child 2) any loss or damage to personal property.

 Registration & Purchase

 To register or purchase from the Crossfit Forth Valley website, you must be over eighteen years of age. You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete.

Cancellation Policy

 Client must give notice of cancellation via e-mail to crossfitforthvalley@outlook.com at least five business days prior to the scheduled monthly debit date. Cancellation requests received after this deadline will be charged in full for the next months services. If the cancellation request is received before the deadline, Client will not be charged for the next months services.  Please note, even if Client notifies instructor, Client is still required to send an e-mail to crossfitforthvalley@outlook.com to cancel this Agreement. Such e-mail will serve as Clients cancellation receipt.

 Refund Policy

 If, for any reason whatsoever, Client is not completely satisfied with the services provided within the first 30 days following the date of purchase, simply let Crossfit Forth Valley know via e-mail at crossfitforthvalley@outlook.com that you would like to cancel your program and we will issue you a full refund. After the initial 30 day period, all prepaid payments are final and non-refundable.

Delivery Methods & Timing

After purchasing our monthly package you must attend a session within 4 weeks of the purchase date or the sale will be void and non-refundable and access to CrossFit will not be given.
