1) CINDY – 5 pull ups / 10 press ups / 15 squats: partner up for this part so only one of you on the rig at one time – scale pull ups to jumping pull ups if required

2) NATE – 2 muscle ups / 4 HSPU / 8 swings – partner up for this part so only one of you on the rig at one time – scale muscle ups to ring pull ups if rig is busy

3) Max Calories on machines – in pairs, one working, one resting – 8-12 cals at a time
